January has always been a bit of a weird one for me, I start out really pumped for the new year and everything that I want to achieve and end up getting a bit overwhelmed. I don’t know where to start, what steps to take and end up doing nothing to be honest.
I think theres a lot of pressure to being super productive and positive at the start of the year , but, sometimes thats just not realistic.
I one hundred percent think that its important to have goals and I love a good resolution but, its just as important to remember that if you slip up and eat that cupcake that probably isn’t in your healthy meal plan , or you don’t gain a thousand Instagram followers in a week like you wanted to , its going to be okay!
So, instead of beating yourself up over your January blues, use the start of February as your fresh start. Every month, or week, or day even, is a chance to start fresh and set some goals!
So lets drop the “new year, new me” that has unfortunately become a thing *insert eye roll here* and crush our goals every day , all year. Heres to hitting the refresh button this February!
